Catalog work is rarely one product at a time. A supplier changes a material, a category gets reorganized, a season’s products go live together. minipim’s product list is built for that.

Find what you need

The search box matches product names, slugs and the text inside their attributes, and ranks exact name matches first. Alongside it, a Filters sidebar shows counts for each source (which connector a product came from), category, brand and tag, and dropdowns narrow by status and product family. Choose which columns you see and in what order, and sort by any of them.

Change hundreds at once

Tick products — or select the whole page — and a bulk bar appears:

  • Set attribute — one value across every selected product.
  • Categories — add to, remove from, or replace.
  • Tags — add, remove or replace.
  • Status — draft, active or archived.
  • Move family — change product type, either keeping every product’s data intact (and skipping any that would lose values) or dropping attributes the new family doesn’t have.
  • Delete — after typing delete to confirm.

Every change is validated per product and reported per product, so one bad row doesn’t sink the batch. Each change lands in the audit log and fires the same webhooks as a single edit.

Import from CSV

Import CSV walks you through four steps: upload the file, pick the destination product family, map each column to a field, and run. minipim converts values to the right type — numbers, yes/no, comma-separated multi-selects — and validates each row on its own.

Bigger jobs

For work across the whole catalog, connect an AI agent through the MCP server: it finds the incomplete products for you and applies the same change across up to 100 at a time, dry-run first.

Good to know

  • Import creates new products; it doesn’t update existing ones by SKU yet.
  • One family and up to 500 rows per import run; localizable values import as en_US.
  • There’s no CSV export yet — use the API to pull your catalog out.
  • Column choices are remembered in your browser, not as shared saved views.
